It may look dreary outside, but isn't it amazing how a quilt can brighten even the dreariest of days.  This is one of my 1600 quilts that was made from two Moda scrap bag strips.  Since many of the strips were atleast 3" wide I opted to keep the strips at 3 inches instead of 2 1/2 inches that the 1600 quilt is made.  The strips were also cut at 32" lengths instead of the usual 42" strips.  I was still well pleased with the outcome of this quilt.  I added a 6" border to help frame the quilt.  I quilted it on my Gammill Classic using the Celebration pattern from Quilters Niche and Hobbs 80/20 batting.  This is a great quilt to cuddle under.  Blessings to all.
